Kitchen and bedroom extension - Leeds

The client had just purchased this property with the thinking of increasing the downstairs kitchen area as well as making a larger master bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

Alwoodley- Leeds

Design brief - to create a large kitchen / diner for entertaining and also a new playroom for their growing family.

Walton - Wakefield

Design brief - to increase the living space of the current house by building a large rear extension and also improving the kerbside appeal of the dwelling by adding a front porch, updated rendering and extensive landscaping works.

8m bi-fold doors

Casey Design were commissioned to undertake a planning application and building regulations submission for a rear kitchen extension with the largest set of bi-fold doors we have come across so far. The clear span was 8m and we provided full calculations for all the structural steel support beams. The doors were finally installed and you will agree, look amazing!
